UDALGURI, March 14: A free veterinary camp was held at Naoherua village under Majbat veterinary block area recently.Sources said that more than 500 animals were given immunization injections with the active help of Alabari village Council Development committee under Bhairabkunda BTC constituency. Medicines were also distributed free of cost during the camp.Dr Naren Kachari the Udalguri district veterinary officer has apprised the people about the bird flu and its precautionary measure. Dr Umesh Das of Majbat, along with other veterinary workers of Orang, Rowta and Majbat attended the camp.
