UDALGURI, March 22: The Udalguri District Youth Congress (UDYC) president Deven Rabha has congratulated Bhubaneswar Kalita for his victory as a Rajya Sabha member and urged him to extend his full support to revive Congress party in entire BTAD region.
The youth Congress issuing a press statement expects his able leadership to ensure development in BTC as well as the State.
