ROWTA CHARIALI, Nov 2: The All Bodo Students’ Union cycle rally on enhancing education awareness that took off from Kokrajhar on October 22 has entered Udalguri district today. The participants of the rally were formally welcome by the president and secretary of the Udalguri district committee of the ABSU Babul Basumatary and Nerkhong Khakhlary respectively. Later, the cyclists resumed the rally to the interior rural areas and organized a meeting at Khoirabari College. The members of the rally are scheduled to have a night hold at Dimakuchi Sekhar Sankardev Mission High School. The rally will cover Dimakushi, Tangla, Harisinga, Udalguri and Rowta within November 4, an ABSU press release said. The rally will cover the whole of Asom to highlight ‘Mission Quality Education’ among the masses.
