GORESWAR, Feb 6: A new office building of the Bodo Peoples’ Forum for Peace and Rights (BPFPR) was inaugurated yesterday at Mangal Chowk under Goreswar police station. The building was inaugurated by Haricharan Basumatary, principal, Rainbow English School in Baksa district. Baneswar Swargiary, president of BPFPR presided over the inaugural function. Ranjit Boro, secretary of the unit, Umesh Chandra Boro, Lecturer of Goreswar College, Hangama Narzary president Goreswar Anchalik Boro Students union, Kumbha Swargiary speaker of the district peace forum were among the dignitaries present in the function.
