HOWRAGHAT, Feb 3 — The Karbi Anglong district units of Bodo organizations – All Bodo Students’ Union, Kachari Samaj, Boro Sahitya Sabha, Dularai Boro Harimu Afat, All Bodo Women Welfare Federation, Dularai Bdoro Abadari Afat and Ex- Bodo Liberation Tiger Welfare Society – have urged the Karbi Longri NC Hills Liberation Front to exempt the 12-hour Karbi Anglong bandh for the joint annual conferences is being held on February 6 at Langhi Tiniali.
If the revolutionaries extend support and help then the conference, which aims to bring the various organizations on to a platform for peace and unity among the various communities, will be successful and beneficial for all, they said.
