KOKRAJHAR, Feb 6: The 36-hour bandh called by the Bodo People’s Forum for Peace and Rights in protest against the killing of its vice-president Babul Swargiari was total and peaceful in Kokrajhar. Five BPFPR activists were arrested. Meanwhile, 62 picketers were arrested during the six-hour railway blockade called by the All Koch Rajbongshi Students’ Union. – Correspondent
