DIBRUGARH, Feb 9: Members of several Sonowal Kachari organizations burnt the effigy of the chief executive member of Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council (SKAC), Milan Sonowal, at Dibrugarh today. They were protesting against his alleged undemocratic way of running the council.
