KOKRAJHAR, March 23 – In view of the prevailing law-and-order situation during the last few days, a high-level security meeting, presided over by J Gogoi, DC of Kokrajhar, was held in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kokrajhar on Wednesday to review the law-and-order situation of Kokrajhar district.
The meeting, attended by Army, police, and other para-military forces, discussed the prevailing law-and-order situation and beefed up security measures in the district, an official press release from Kokrajhar stated.
